1. Prices and payment:
Prices on nordic-underfloor-heating.uk are current prices stated in Euro. Prices include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. When ordering, you can see the total price including VAT, taxes and any shipping costs.
Payment for orders may be made in the following ways:
- VISA Electron
- Maestro card
The amount is debited only when the goods are shipped. Nordic Underlay & Floorheating A/S never debits an amount greater than what you have approved when making the purchase.

3. How to shop at nordic-underfloor-heating.uk
To purchase goods online at nordicgulvvarme.dk, you must complete the following steps:
- Select the items you want and add them to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout. Enter your personal information.
- Then select the method of payment.
- Check that the information entered is correct and approve the payment. Remember to accept our terms and conditions.
- Payment is made via an encrypted and secure payment module supplier.
- Shortly after making the purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Upon receipt of your order we will reserve the money on your card. We only withdraw the amount when your delivery has been shipped from our warehouse.
To protect your card details, the payment is handled by an approved and certified payment module supplier which ensures that all data is processed, encrypted and sent via a secure SSL connection, so that neither we nor others can access your card information.
If you pay by invoice, this must be paid within 10 days of the invoice date.
4. Right of cancellation
All products you purchase from nordicgulvvarme.dk are subject to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following rules.
For all products, you have a 14-day right of cancellation when you shop on nordicgulvvarme.dk. The 14-day period begins on the day the purchased products are delivered to you.
To exercise your right of cancellation, the product must be returned in the same condition and quantity as you received it, and the product must be unused and unopened. If you would like a refund, we will contact you and ask for your bank details. We will need the following information:
- Name of the bank
- Registration number
- Account number
The money will usually be returned to your account 7–10 days after we receive the goods from you.
However, you should be aware that you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning goods if you regret your purchase.
If, contrary to our expectations, you discover errors or defects regarding the goods in connection with your order or delivery, we ask that you contact us via email or telephone as soon as possible, and no later than three days later than the receipt of your goods, so that we can remedy the error.
When you deal with us as a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty. This means that, as a rule, you can have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified and the defect cannot have been caused by misuse of the product or other damaging behaviour.
If you complain within two months of when the defect is discovered, the complaint will usually be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs. The product must always be returned in protective packaging, and you should remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs. When you return a product, please indicate what the problem is in as much detail as possible.
In order to deliver your order, we need the following information:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
We record your personal data for the purpose of delivering goods to you. Personal information is registered with Nordic Underlay & Floorheating A/S and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.
When we collect personal information through nordicgulvvarme.dk, we ensure that this does not happen without your consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information we collect and why.
If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address will be used in connection with our marketing, which you consent to in connection with your registration. You can always unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting our customer service, after which your information will be deleted.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency if you are not satisfied with the way in which we process your personal data. You can find contact information for the DDPA and more information about the right to complain on the Data Protection Agency’s website, www.datatilsynet.dk.
Nordic Underlay & Floorheating A/S accepts no liability for errors in text and prices, errors in photos and illustrations, items that have sold out, delays, backorders, changes in exchange rates, supplier price increases and force majeure.
